There is an old script writers saying, it goes "show don't tell". It actually applies to comedy too. In your panel you have used dialogue to explain what it happening, you don't need to do that if you use staging and physical performance instead (visual comedy). In short, think 'silent comedy/visual comedy' instead of narrating what is happening. How could you draw and design each panel so it has more information? Try drawing the characters side on (stormtroopers left, targets on the right) like they are on a stage.
